Role Overview

CTS Group is hiring a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary design coordination across data center and critical infrastructure projects. The role requires deep technical knowledge of BIM methodology, extensive experience in information management standards, and the ability to lead coordination of complex engineering projects, including mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Master's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or Architecture.

• Extensive experience in Buildings, Critical Infrastructure Facilities (e.g., Data Centers), and Manufacturing Production sectors.

• More than 10 years of evidenced experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Specialist role.

• Deep expertise in BIM standards and information management standards.

• Proven ability to interpret, analyse, and lead coordination of complex multidisciplinary design projects.

• Advanced knowledge of BIM methodology and strong expertise in BIM authoring software.

• Advanced technical knowledge of BIM-oriented software.

• Proven experience applying BIM-based Quantity Take-Off (preferred).

• Proven experience applying BIM-based Planning 4D (preferred).

• Ability to develop and own BIM Project Standards and complementary BIM requirements guidelines.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English (oral and written).

• Ability to develop and present high-level reports and technical presentations.

• Proactive in finding solutions and solving complex problems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Focus on quality, innovation, and mentoring junior team members.
