Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of DC Forté's platform and services. By creating an account, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Introduction

  • Welcome to the DC Forté Community (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a platform dedicated to empowering the data centre ecosystem. DC Forté is a brand and offering of DC Forté Holding Pte Ltd, (“the Company”).

  • These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (dc-forte.com) (“Website”), mobile applications, Private Talent Networks and related services (collectively, the (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

  • You will also be bound to our privacy notice regarding how we process personal information in relating to the Website and Services which you can read here: https://dc-forte.com/privacy-policy.

  • Certain of our Services are provided by our third party partners. If you wish to use these Services you will also have to agree to their terms and condition of use (“Partner Terms”) and you will agree to having accounts created on certain of our partner platforms for a seamless experience. Our Website and Private Talent Networks are powered by our technology partner Om Mobile Ventures (”Kalido”).

  • The Company is based in Singapore and the material related to the products and Services are based on the laws of Singapore unless otherwise expressly stated. Your use of the Website, and Services and any dispute arising out of the Website is subject to the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of the use or publication of this Website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Eligibility

  • To use our Services, you must:

    • Be at least 16 years of age.

    • Provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your information correct and up to date.

    • Comply with all applicable laws, these Terms and, where applicable, our Partner Terms.

  • Note: Certain Services e.g. Memberships may have additional eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, which shall include your accounts with our partners.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Partner Terms.

Offerings

  • We offer the following services through DC Forté or our partners:

    • Individual Memberships (Bronze or Silver the current contents of which are viewable here {insert hyperlink}) including access to the;

    • Corporate Memberships the current contents of which are viewable here {insert hyperlink}) including access to the;

    • Access to FortéIQ, the data center market intelligence platform;

    • Access to the Forté Xchange™ - Global Talent Exchange powered by Kalido where corporate and individual members can meet, match and transact. Corporate Members can also create their own Private Talent Networks to which you can be invited;

    • Forté HireSenseTM - AI Interviewer and Interview Mentor powered by Kalido;

    • Forté Passport™ - The Data Center Skills Passport (Blockchain-Certified);

    • Forté Circles - local micro-communities in every data center hub

    • Forté NavigatorTM - 360° career concierge services;

    • Forté ExpertBridgeTM - monetizing and mobilizing expert knowledge;

    • Forté RiseUpTM - diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiative.

  • The terms and conditions attached hereto shall apply to all Services, however, some Services may have particular terms and conditions which apply to it specifically.

  • Our partner services are in terms of their Partner Terms. If you use Kalido or any other partner services you will also agree to and be bound to their terms and conditions and privacy notice which may be based in another jurisdiction and subject to other laws.

Commercial use:

  • DC FORTE’s Services (including memberships, courses, and events) are intended for individual, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Services for any commercial purpose—such as resale, internal training, or business operations—without a separate written agreement with DC FORTE.

  • If your company, institution, or other entity wishes to use DC FORTE’s Services for commercial or group purposes (e.g., recruitment, or sponsored content), please contact us at here to discuss enterprise options. Separate terms and fees will apply.

DC Forte Memberships

  • We offer Individual Memberships and Corporate Memberships with the benefits described here.

  • We make every effort to update the all of the material on DC Forté’s and DC Fortécontent based Website, App, and/or Forté Xchange™, including but not limited to the texts, drawings, data, video content and information (“Material”) provided on dc-forte.com (“Website”) on a regular basis. We make no representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any Material, information, data and/or content on the Website.

  • We are not responsible for any Corporate Member content uploaded on the Private Talent Networks;

  • All users have access to the public and non-member products, services and areas of the Website.

  • Only current users who followed the registration process and have registered for membership on the Website. This includes both Individual Members and Corporate Members (“Registered Members”) of DC Forté are allowed access and use of the Forté Xchange™, member products, services and areas of the Website.

  • You may cancel your DC Forté membership at any time by sending an email to support@dc-forte.com or cancelling your subscription on the Website. We offer the ability to pay monthly via a signed banking mandate or annually in advance.

Forté Xchange™

  • The Forté Xchange™ The is offered through our partner Kalido. Accordingly, you agree that when you register with DC FORTE you will also get a Kalido account.

  • By signing up for this service you will be bound by Kalido’s terms and conditions and their privacy policy:

  • Forté Xchange™ allows you to access job opportunities and its machine learning enabled matching will let you know whether you are a good match for an opportunity based on your profile and uploaded data. Not only will we suggest positions for you to apply for we will proactively match and pass on your profile for suitable opportunities posted by Corporate Members. You agree for your profile to be shared with and to be contacted by prospective employers and their recruiters who make use of the Forté Xchange™ Service. Your contact details and data will never be shared with third parties or persons who are not Corporate Members or their recruiters in relation to this offering. Should you no longer wish to have you profile shared or to be contacted for positions you may support@dc-forte.com.

  • While we believe our technology is top-notch we make no representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any Material, information, data, matching, recommendations and/or content in relation to the Forté Xchange™ offering.

Forté HireSense™ - Kalido’s AI Interviewer and Interview Mento

  • If you are shortlisted for an opportunity you may be invited to a Forté HireSense AI Interview and mentorship process using our AI proctoring. This will give you the opportunity to practice your interview skills and get feedback. An interview report will be generated and sent to the recruiter.

  • You may also choose to do mock interviews to improve your skills.

  • A human concierge will be available to you should you experience problems during an AI Interview;

Forté Passport™ - The Data Center Skills Passport (Blockchain-Certified)

  • Your participation in skills training and certifications can result in a Forté Passport complete with stamps (badges) for specific skills or roles;

  • This feature is powered by our parter Verix.

LvLUP

  • LvLUP is an AI generated report based on your inputs through uploading a curriculum vitae (“CV”). It is offered at a once off-fee.

  • You warrant that the data in the uploaded CV is correct and up to date. While our analysis leverages powerful AI to process complex career data and market trends, we recommend using these insights as one of several inputs to career planning. We provide no warranty as to the accuracy, fitness for purpose or applicability to the CV-owner’s specific situation as it may not reflect human expertise. Our predictions and recommendations should be considered alongside your personal experience, professional judgment, and consultation with industry mentors and career advisors.

  • No refunds will be provided for LvLUP reports, due to their nature as a final deliverable, and all payments under this Agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.

User submissions and data

  • When you use DC FORTE's Services, you may submit or share content like posts on the Forté Xchange™, feedback, your profile content, or other contributions ("User Content"). You keep full ownership of your User Content—we don't claim any intellectual property rights over what you create.

  • User content does not include:

    • Materials, or resources provided by DC FORTE or our partners;

    • Any content uploaded by other users or third parties.

  • By sharing User Content, you grant DC FORTE a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

    • Host, display, and distribute it to other users (e.g., forum posts visible to the community), modify or adapt it only as needed to operate the Services (e.g., formatting for mobile viewing), share it with our partners for a seamless experience but only as agreed to by you, use it for DC FORTE’s community mission (e.g., showcasing anonymised projects to promote our community, producing market analysis and insights).

  • This license is royalty-free (we don’t pay you for it) but not transferable to third parties, other than as agreed to our partners, (we won’t sell your user content). You’re responsible for ensuring your user content complies with our use restrictions below and doesn’t violate others’ rights.

  • We may remove User Content that violates these terms.

  • Your Rights Remain Protected. This license doesn’t override your rights under applicable copyright laws. For example, you can delete or edit your forum posts and profile anytime.

Cancellation, termination and refunds

  • If you breach any part of the contract and/or any applicable code of conduct and do not remedy the breach within 10 days the we may terminate you use of the Services.

  • We may have differing cancellation policies for different Services and offerings. Once off Services such as LvLUP are not refundable or by their nature subject to cancellation.

  • For subscriptions that are paid monthly you may cancel at any time and will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the month. You will not receive a refund for any period after cancellation.

  • For subscriptions that are paid yearly you may cancel at any time will continue to receive access to the Service until the end of the annual period. You will not be entitled to a refund for any period between the cancellation and the end of the annual period.

Limitation of liability and warranties

  • To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances and under no legal theory (including, without limitation, tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise) shall the Company (or its licensors, licensees, suppliers or partners) be liable to you, or to any other person for a) any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction, or b) any amount, in the aggregate, in excess of the greater of I) $100 or II) the amounts paid by you to the company in connection with the services in the twelve (12) month period preceding this applicable claim, or III) any matter beyond our reasonable control.

  • Warranty Disclaimer: Neither the Company nor its licensors, licensees, suppliers or partners makes any representations or warranties concerning any of the Materials, content contained in or accessed through the Services, and we will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in or accessed through the Services. We (the Company, its licensors, licensees, suppliers or partners) make no representations or warranties regarding suggestions or recommendations of Services offered or purchased through the Website, order form or through our partners. Products purchased or offered (whether or not following such recommendations and suggestions) through the Services are provided ‘as is’ and without any warranty of any kind from Company or others (unless, with respect to such others only, provided expressly and unambiguously in writing by a designated third party for a specific Product);

  • We don’t make any representations or any warranties, whether express or implied, about the merchantability of the Website, any platform, Services or its fitness for any particular purpose. You agree that we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, on time, secure or without error.

  • You warrant and represent that you own or have rights to the any data or user content you share with us which permits you to grant access, use, license or sublicense thereto in this contract.

  • To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or in any way related to any third party claims relating to a) your use of the, Services (including any actions taken by a third party using your account), b) your violation of these terms

Permitted use and restrictions

  • DC FORTE is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment. To protect our community, you agree to the following:

    • Illegal activities: Do not post or promote content that violates laws or encourages illegal acts (e.g., fraud, harassment, discrimination).

    • Violence or threats: Never share content that threatens individuals, incites violence, or endangers public safety.

    • Inappropriate material is not to be shared including pornographic content, racist or discriminatory content, content relating to weapons and drugs.

    • Harassment: Respect others. Bullying, hate speech, or targeted abuse toward other users is prohibited.

    • Intellectual Property: Only share content you own or have rights to. Always credit original creators when using third-party materials.

    • Spam: No unsolicited ads, promotions, or irrelevant solicitations.

    • Account security: Keep your passwords private. Never share access or attempt to breach others’ accounts.

    • Unauthorized Access: Do not tamper with DC FORTE’s systems, reverse engineer code, or exploit vulnerabilities.

    • Malicious Activity: You may not introduce or take steps or omissions which leads to the introduction of viruses, malware, network attacks, or actions that disrupt DC FORTE’s services.

    • Impersonation: Do not pretend to be someone else (e.g., DC FORTE staff, partners, or other users).

    • Scraping/Data Mining: Do not extract DC FORTE’s content, data, or user information (manually or via bots/AI tools) without written permission.

    • AI Training: You may not use DC FORTE’s content (text, courses, forum posts) to develop, train, or improve AI/ML models.

    • You may not republish or redistribute any content, make any alteration to the Services, conduct any load testing or security testing.

    • Resale: Do not reproduce, sell, or misuse DC FORTE’s content for commercial purposes.

    • Legal Compliance” Follow all applicable laws, contracts, and community guidelines.

    • Report violations to support@DC Fortenetwork.com.

  • Note: Specific DC FORTE services (e.g., LvLUP, Kalido networking) may have additional rules. Always review partner terms.

Changes

DC FORTE may from time to time at its sole discretion update the Services and reserves the right to add and/or substitute functionally equivalent features in the event of product unavailability, end-of-life, or changes to the Services.

Choice of law & Jurisdiction

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Singapore and each party hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Enforceability of Terms

  • Should any part or parts of this Agreement be unenforceable or invalid, only that portion shall be removed or deleted. Removal or deletion of certain portions does not affect any rights or obligation under the rest of this Agreement.

  • These terms shall apply unless more specific terms in the order form supersede.
