Role Overview

CTS Group is hiring an Intermediate BIM Coordinator to support multidisciplinary design coordination across data center and critical infrastructure projects. The role requires solid technical knowledge of BIM methodology, experience in information management standards, and the ability to coordinate moderately complex engineering projects with limited oversight.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Master's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or Architecture.

• Experience in Buildings, Critical Infrastructure Facilities (e.g., Data Centers), and Manufacturing Production sectors.

• 5-10 years of evidenced experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Specialist role.

• Solid acquaintance with BIM standards and information management standards.

• Ability to interpret, analyse, and coordinate multidisciplinary design projects.

• Skilled knowledge of BIM methodology and strong acquaintance with BIM authoring software.

• Technical knowledge of BIM-oriented software.

• Knowledge in applying BIM-based Quantity Take-Off (preferred).

• Knowledge in applying BIM-based Planning 4D (preferred).

• Ability to support the development of BIM Project Standards and complementary BIM requirements guidelines.

• Intermediate knowledge of English (oral and written).

• Ability to develop reports and technical presentations.

• Proactive in finding solutions and solving problems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Focus on quality and innovation.
