Role Overview

CTS Group is hiring a Junior BIM Coordinator to support multidisciplinary design coordination across data center and critical infrastructure projects, working under the guidance of senior team members. The role requires developing technical knowledge of BIM methodology and information management standards while contributing to the coordination of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or Architecture.

• Exposure to or interest in Buildings, Critical Infrastructure Facilities (e.g., Data Centers), or Manufacturing Production sectors.

• 3-5 years of experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Specialist role, or relevant academic experience.

• Developing familiarity with BIM standards and information management standards.

• Ability to support the interpretation and coordination of multidisciplinary design projects.

• Working knowledge of BIM methodology and BIM authoring software.

• Basic technical knowledge of BIM-oriented software.

• Exposure to BIM-based Quantity Take-Off is a plus.

• Exposure to BIM-based Planning 4D is a plus.

• Support in applying BIM Project Standards and complementary BIM requirements guidelines.

• Intermediate knowledge of English (oral and written).

• Ability to support the development of reports and technical presentations.

• Proactive in finding solutions and solving problems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Focus on quality and innovation.
