About the Role 

CTS Group is hiring a BIM Coordinator (M/F) to support multidisciplinary design coordination across data center and critical infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge of BIM methodology, experience in information management standards, and the ability to coordinate complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or Architecture.

• Experience in Buildings, Critical Infrastructure Facilities (e.g., Data Centers), and Manufacturing Production sectors.

• More than 3 years of evidenced experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Specialist role.

• Acquaintance with BIM standards and information management standards.

• Ability to interpret, analyse, and coordinate multidisciplinary design projects.

• Skilled knowledge of BIM methodology and strong acquaintance with BIM authoring software.

• Technical knowledge of BIM-oriented software.

• Knowledge in applying BIM-based Quantity Take-Off (preferred).

• Knowledge in applying BIM-based Planning 4D (preferred).

• Ability to develop BIM Project Standards and complementary BIM requirements guidelines.

• Intermediate knowledge of English (oral and written).

• Ability to develop reports and technical presentations.

• Proactive in finding solutions and solving problems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Availability for travel.

• Sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
