About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across projects. The role involves ensuring BIM standards compliance, coordinating multidisciplinary models, improving project workflows, and supporting project teams with technical expertise. The ideal candidate will drive collaboration, enhance design efficiency, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities  

• Lead the implementation and execution of the BIM strategy across projects

• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure adherence to
  standards and client requirements

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model integration and
  clash resolution

• Ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity of BIM models through regular audits and
  reviews

• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and
  clients

• Manage interoperability across platforms and ensure smooth data exchange

• Establish workflows for model sharing, documentation, and information
  management

Required Skills and Experience 

• 8–10 years of experience in BIM modeling, coordination, and management

• Strong experience in infrastructure, data center, construction, or EPC
  environments preferred

• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination and project delivery

• Expertise in BIM standards, workflows, and project execution planning
