About the Role 

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions that drive business innovation and efficiency. The role involves building intelligent applications, optimizing machine learning models, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI technologies and a passion for solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities  

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions with a focus on NLP and Generative AI use cases  
• Build and optimize LLM-driven applications, including model integration, prompt engineering, and performance tuning  
• Develop scalable applications using Python across cloud and on-premise environments.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, design solutions, and deliver production-ready systems 
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, accuracy, and reliability 
• Implement best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines 
• Leverage cloud platforms (Azure preferred) for AI services, model deployment, and data processing 
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems

Required Skills and Experience 

• 7–10 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering roles  
• Strong hands-on experience in NLP, deep learning, and Generative AI applications
• Expertise in Python, including advanced concepts and production-level development
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI model deployment
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and model lifecycle management  
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI,
  Cognitive Services, etc.) 
• Familiarity with data processing frameworks such as Spark or Databricks  
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including debugging, testing, and CI/CD 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
