About the Role 

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging AI technologies. The role involves building scalable AI applications, optimizing model performance, implementing prompt engineering techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, business-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a passion for advancing Generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities  

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI solutions including LLM-powered
  applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents tailored to data centre operations and
  infrastructure use cases

• Build, fine-tune, and optimise foundation models and open-source LLMs for domain-
  specific data centre contexts such as equipment diagnostics, automated reporting, and
  operational intelligence

• Develop and manage advanced prompt engineering strategies, including chain-of- thought, few-shot, and system prompt design

• Architect and implement RAG systems integrating vector databases (e.g. Pinecone,
  Weaviate, Azure AI Search) with LLMs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data centre engineering, operations, and IT to define architecture and deliver production-ready Gen AI systems 

• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance, output quality, and
  hallucination mitigation

• Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI research and recommend adoption of emerging technologies relevant to the data centre industry 

Required Skills and Experience 

• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering, with a focus on Generative AI 

• Hands-on expertise with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Mistral) and Gen AI application
  development

• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and AI agent frameworks. Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar Gen AI orchestration frameworks

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, or equivalent cloud-native Gen AI
  platforms. Solid Python skills with production-level development experience
