Reports to: AI Delivery Manager

Someone has to keep eight phases moving at once without letting anything slip. Dependencies tracked, risks named, decisions unblocked — the programme machine runs because you run it.

What you will do

• Hold the master plan: phase schedules, dependencies, critical path, and gate exit criteria.
• Run the operating rhythm — weekly cluster reviews, monthly AI Delivery Manager review, quarterly CEO update.
• Maintain the risk and decision log. Nothing stays open without a named owner and a date.
• Watch budget burn across all eight phases and flag variance before it becomes a problem.
• Coordinate with ICT Delivery Managers in Porto, Mumbai, and São Paulo on hiring, hardware, and shared partner relationships.
• Produce the weekly status update the leadership team can actually rely on.

Must Have

• 8+ years running complex, multi-team technical programmes.
• You have delivered programmes over 12+ months — and can show it.
• Enough technical understanding to spot an unrealistic estimate or a missing dependency before it bites.
• Comfortable with stage-gate delivery models.
• Clear written communication — short, structured, no jargon.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Background in AEC, construction, or industrial software.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6.
