Junior Civil Engineer – BIM

CTS Group is hiring a Junior Civil Engineer – BIM to support the interpretation, analysis, and detailing of civil engineering designs across Critical Infrastructure Facilities (e.g., Data Centers) and Modular / Prefabrication Construction projects, working under the guidance of senior civil engineers while building expertise in BIM methodology and authoring software.

Key Responsibilities

• Support interpretation, technical analysis, and detailing of civil engineering designs for Critical Infrastructure Facilities (e.g., Data Centers) and Modular / Prefabrication Construction projects, under guidance, helping ensure multidisciplinary coordination and fabrication/construction execution.
• Build familiarity with BIM methodology and BIM authoring software to support development and coordination of civil engineering design content.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams, gaining exposure to international projects.
• Support digitization initiatives within engineering and construction workflows.
• Travel as required to support project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Integrated Master's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering design, ideally within Critical Infrastructure Facilities (e.g., Data Centers) or Modular / Prefabrication Construction sectors.
• Strong motivation and identification with the field of digitization, engineering, and construction.
• Ability to interpret, technically analyse, and detail engineering designs to support multidisciplinary coordination, fabrication, and construction execution.
• Knowledge of BIM Methodology and acquaintance with BIM authoring software.
• Intermediate knowledge of English (oral and written).
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for travel.
• Sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
