Role Overview The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on data skills, and a clear understanding of business operations to drive efficiency, reporting accuracy, and strategic outcomes, while guiding junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data using SQL and other tools to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership review.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor key business metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead implementation of data governance practices, including data quality and access controls.
• Build data models and optimize data structures for reporting and analytics, guiding junior analysts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–15 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of business processes and data interpretation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
