About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support business decisions and operational efficiency. The role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting standards, and provide analytical support to enhance business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities and skills

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data using SQL and other tools to support
  business decision-making

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership review

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and
  deliver actionable insights

• Monitor key business metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement
  opportunities

• Support implementation of data governance practices, including data quality and
  access controls

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good understanding of business processes and data interpretation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
