Role Overview The Junior Data Analyst supports transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions, working under the guidance of senior analysts. This role involves developing analytical capability, hands-on data skills, and a growing understanding of business operations to help drive efficiency, reporting accuracy, and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support extraction, analysis, and interpretation of data using SQL and other tools to help inform business decision-making.
• Assist with developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership review.
• Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help understand data requirements and support delivery of actionable insights.
• Support monitoring of key business metrics and help identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support implementation of data governance practices, including data quality and access controls.
• Assist in building data models and optimizing data structures for reporting and analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of business processes and data interpretation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
