Role Overview The Office Manager / Admin is responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative functioning across the organization. This role involves managing office facilities, coordinating administrative activities, supporting senior management, and maintaining an efficient, organized, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies, equipment, and assets.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and administrative support for leadership.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems for smooth office functioning.
  • Supervise front desk operations, including visitor management and communication handling.
  • Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support operational and administrative requirements.
  • Implement and improve office policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
  • Handle vendor management, including negotiations, contracts, and service delivery.
  • Support HR and onboarding activities, including workspace setup and employee coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize office events, employee engagement activities, and internal initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in office administration/office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience in vendor management, facility management, and office operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external coordination.
  • Experience in budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial management.
  • Experience in supporting senior management and handling administrative workflows.
