Role Overview The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end Human Resources function for CTS Group's Data Center operations. This role requires a balanced approach across strategic HR leadership and operational execution, ensuring robust people practices aligned with the organization's growth and compliance requirements.

The incumbent will work closely with business leaders to drive talent strategy, strengthen HR processes, and ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory frameworks applicable to the data center and infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end hiring across corporate, technical, and operations roles; drive workforce planning in alignment with business needs.
  • HR Operations & Payroll: Oversee payroll, compensation cycles, and full & final settlements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Statutory Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws and maintain robust compliance frameworks, audits, and documentation.
  • Employee Relations & HR Governance: Manage employee lifecycle events, policy implementation, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance frameworks, including goal setting, review cycles, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Learning & Development: Implement training programs, including mandatory compliance and safety training relevant to data center operations.
  • Administration & Facilities: Oversee workplace administration, facilities management, and ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage HR and admin vendors, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and strong stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with exposure to end-to-end HR functions
  • MBA in Human Resources Management (or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR/Organisational Development)
  • Prior experience in data centers, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other operations-driven environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
  • Ability to build, implement, and optimize HR processes and policies in a structured environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite
