Role Objective The Junior Structural Engineer will support the delivery of robust, efficient, and code-compliant structural engineering solutions for large industrial facilities and mission-critical data center projects, working under the guidance of senior structural engineers. The role involves close coordination and growing technical rigor to help ensure structures that endure — safely, economically, and without compromise.

Key Responsibilities

• Support design and engineering of RCC and structural steel systems for data centers and large industrial buildings.
• Assist with detailed structural analysis and calculations for gravity, wind, seismic, and other governing load cases.
• Help develop and review structural layouts, detailed drawings, and technical specifications and calculation reports.
• Support compliance checks for seismic and wind load requirements in accordance with applicable international and regional standards.
• Support coordination with Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical teams to help deliver integrated and clash-free designs.
• Participate in design reviews, constructability assessments, and technical risk evaluations.
• Provide technical support to site and execution teams during construction phases, as required.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Growing exposure to large-scale industrial facilities and/or data center projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with European structural codes and practices is a strong advantage.
• Strong interdisciplinary coordination skills and a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
