Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for mid–senior roles across business units.
  • Develop onboarding frameworks that set employees up for long-term success.
  • Lead learning and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and future capability needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on HR matters.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues with fairness, discretion, and clarity.
  • Build engagement programs that strengthen connection, accountability, and team culture.

Performance & Policy Management

  • Administer and refine performance management systems.
  • Ensure policies reflect both Swiss labour laws and the organisation’s values.
  • Lead internal audits, compliance checks, and HR documentation processes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Review and manage compensation structures to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and contract management.
  • Provide financial–HR insights to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Swiss labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated success in handling complex HR issues and leading people-centric initiatives.

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — clear, composed, and compassionate.
  • Ability to navigate sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, grounded approach to execution.
  • Poised under pressure, with a steady commitment to fairness and consistency.
