Role Overview

As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-6 operators, providing technical guidance, ensuring efficient task distribution, and a high-quality finish, required for large-scale international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure hands-on support by actively participating in the assembly process during peak times or complex phases.
• Conduct first-level quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and a high-quality finish.
• Report progress, identify bottlenecks, and promote continuous improvement in the process.
• Ensure and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, ensuring a clean and hazard-free environment.
• Manage tools headcount and consumables availability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Operator or Lead in an industrial environment.
• Strong technical background in either Electrical or Mechanical assembly.
• Ability to motivate a team and resolve technical issues on the spot.
• A functional level of English is highly valued.
• High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• A valid passport is mandatory.
