Role Overview

As a Production Foreman, you will be responsible for the management of the Team Leaders across a specific shift and production area. The Foreman is responsible for the HR management of the team and ensures that the flow and quality across workstations is seamless, keeping production balanced and ensuring a high quality level.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Team Leaders within production, ensuring synchronized output with the production plan.
• Manage headcount, operators’ distribution, shift handovers, and material availability to prevent downtime.
• Identify inefficiencies in the production flow and implement corrective actions in real-time.
• Act as the primary link between the shop floor and the Production Manager, reporting on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Handle higher-level personnel or technical issues that Team Leaders cannot resolve.
• Report progress, identify bottlenecks and promote continuous improvement in the process.
• Ensure and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, ensuring a clean and hazard free environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Significant experience in industrial management or high-level supervision.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies or similar.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and resolve technical issues.
• Professional English proficiency is highly valued.
• High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• A valid passport is mandatory.
