About the Role The Quantity Surveyor - CSA Expert will be responsible for managing all cost, contract, and commercial control activities related to Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works in CTS India's data center projects. This role demands an analytical and detail-oriented professional capable of delivering accurate cost estimations, ensuring value engineering, and maintaining cost efficiency across the project lifecycle. The selected candidate will receive training in Europe, gaining exposure to CTS Group's international standards, project costing frameworks, and commercial governance systems. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for all CSA elements of data center projects. Manage cost control, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation throughout project stages. Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations, ensuring scope alignment and cost competitiveness. Conduct value engineering analyses to optimize materials and methods without compromising quality. Support contract administration, including claims assessment, variation analysis, and cost forecasting. Liaise with design, engineering, and procurement teams for cost validation and design optimization. Maintain updated records of project budgets, expenditures, and cost performance indicators. Ensure compliance with CTS Group's global cost reporting standards. Provide timely reports and financial insights to management for strategic decision‐making.

Required Skills and Experience 10-15 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Strong background in cost management within data center, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in costing software, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools. Familiarity with international codes, tendering processes, and contract forms (FIDIC preferred). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
